The ocean has always been a big part of my life and very much linked to me being able to stay on top of my mountain! I love to catch a few waves with my son and daughter on the weekends

One of my favourite past times is walking my dog Scotch. Scotch is seven years old and he loves spending time with the family walking or playing in the garden. This is one of the ways I stay on top of my mountain!

One way I like to stay on top of my mountain is to climb one! Pigeon House Mountain on the NSW south coast. I love to mark special occasions with this challenge, clearing the mind and finishing with a real sense of accomplishment.

My wife and I are empty nesters, we love getting outside with our dogs Vinny and Diesel as they are our children that still live at home. Our dogs are an important part of our lives as they show unconditional love.

One of my favourite ways to stay on top of my mountain is getting outdoors with my little chihuahua, Bear. Whether it’s a long walk through Cornwall Park or heading up to the summit of Mount Eden, we love taking in the fresh air and going on little adventures together.

For me, staying on top of the mountain means finding the right balance between work and life – and keeping my energy levels high! I prioritise physical activity. In the winter months, you'll find me cheering on the Manly Sea Eagles at Brookvale Oval with my boys – there's nothing like a live footy game to recharge the batteries!

For me, staying on top of my mountain comes down to the simple things — staying active, getting outside, and spending time with the people I love.

Sport, outdoor adventures, make-believe games with the kids, weekends with family and mates — that's what keeps me balanced and motivated.

I stay on top of my mountain by getting out to walk the dog, even a quick walk around the block at lunch to get outside.
